OLIVER is now IRIS

As of July 15th, 2025 - OLIVER has been replaced by IRIS, the Issuance Record Information System.

Please add https://iris.health.utah.gov to your browser's bookmarks.

After updating your bookmark, login to IRIS to issue certificates. Your login credentials are the same you currently use for OLIVER.
